     We are looking at filling up to 5 positions; outside sales, production manager/ inside sales, fabrication, and installation. 

Outside sales position: full time position

     We are looking for someone to join an already existing sales position and share in an already rewarding position.  When I say share, I mean share.  And because this position will be a shared in both duties and money we are looking for people of good character who are above reproach. This position is mainly out of office so you get to set your own schedule.  Some freedoms come with this position therefore roadmarks and goals are clearly defined.   Duties will include running leads, generating leads, turning in layouts of sold jobs, follow ups with customers, call on contractors, keep current on lead management system, close after job is performed. This position is commission based.  Yearly wages of $50,000 and higher can be expected.

Production manager/ inside sales: full time position

      This position is an office position.  The primary postion is the Production manager however walk in sales with commissions are common.  This position is like the utility player on a base ball team.  Your primary focus will be scheduling installations of jobs by communicating with customers, crews and shop while maintaining in on the computer.  You will also be expected to fill in where needed; office work, shop, yard and maybe even the field.  This position is hourly/ salary with commissions.  Earn up to $28,000 in yearly wages plus commissions.

Fabrication/ shop:  part time/ full time positions

     We make all the fence here in our shop.  We are looking for someone who is good at working with others but can also handle it alone.  Due to overlap with the router a secnod shift is being created therefore you may be working alone at times.  Are you good with numbers? Hourly wages from $8-25/hour depending on the position you fill.

Installation: full time position

     This is a very physical job and it is also a very systematic.  All positions are paid on production.  We are looking for foreman material.  People who want to work hard and earn good money to install a quality product. Laborers can expect hourly averages of $12-16 where as foreman can expect hourly averages of $22-34.
